What is inside

The report is written for your specific result, not a generic attachment-style article. There are four versions — one for each attachment pattern — and each runs to roughly 800–900 words across five to six sections.

The middle sections differ by result: an anxious result gets a section on the anxiety cycle and managing the alarm in the moment; an avoidant result gets one on why closeness itself is the trigger; a fearful-avoidant result gets one on the push-pull and on working with a nervous system that is protecting you.

A secure result means that, on the two dimensions this test measures, your anxiety about closeness and your avoidance of it were both relatively low. In practical terms: you can be close to someone without fearing they will leave, and you can be separate from them without fearing you have been abandoned. Those two abilities are the foundation the rest of this report builds on.
